Ever wonder what would happen if you applied Agile principles to non-IT business process? I know a few meetings that I've been in that could have used some speeding up. Development Frameworks, including Agile are primarily about providing structure, and establishing accountability. Well, as you might guess doing the same for other common business processes pays off as well. Business processes, such as project management, sales, team meetings all gain efficiency and accountability when Agile is applied.
